We collect only what is necessary to make the app work.

a. Account Information

If you create an account, we collect your email address and optional profile information such as your first name.

Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are not stored by us in plain text.

b. Usage Data

We may collect limited technical or anonymized information such as:

• App usage and interactions
• Device type and operating system
• Crash logs and performance data

c. User-Generated Content

If you submit new doors, images, descriptions, colors, materials, styles, coordinates, or other door details, we store this content and link it to your account.

d. Camera, Photos, and Location

The app may ask for access to your camera, photo library, or location when you choose to add or map a door. You can manage these permissions in your device settings.

We do not access your camera, photos, or location unless you grant permission or manually submit that information.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

• Operate and improve the app
• Create and manage your account
• Save your doors, favorites, and collection
• Display community-submitted doors
• Prevent abuse or spam
• Analyze anonymized usage to improve features

We never sell your data.

3. Sharing of Data

We may share data only with service providers needed to run the app, such as:

• Supabase, for authentication, database, and file storage
• Google, if you choose to sign in with Google
• Analytics or crash reporting providers, if enabled

We do not share personal data with third parties for advertising.

4. Data Retention

We keep your account data as long as your account is active. You can delete your account directly in the app from My Doors, or request deletion by contacting us at bonjour@myparisiandoors.com.

Depending on where you live, including if you are located in the EU, you may have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct or delete your data
• Export your data
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

6. Cookies and Tracking

The mobile app does not use cookies. We may use anonymous analytics tools to understand and improve app performance.

7. Children's Privacy

The app is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page.
