You can delete your My Parisian Doors account and associated app data directly in the app. If you no longer have access to the app, you can also contact us by email.
Delete Your Account in the App
- Open My Parisian Doors.
- Go to My Doors.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm Delete permanently.
What Is Deleted
When you delete your account, we delete:
- Your app account
- Your saved doors and favorites
- Photos and app content associated with your account
- Related account data that is not required for legal or security reasons
Request Deletion Without the App
If you cannot access the app, email bonjour@myparisiandoors.com from the email address used for your account. Use the subject line "Account deletion request".
Processing Time
In-app deletion is designed to run immediately. Email requests are reviewed manually and are usually processed within 30 days.
